Commission Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

At the moment, artwork commissioned from me is for personal use only. You are free to do what you will with the artwork you commissioned as long as it is not for monetary profit, but please credit me if you repost them anywhere. Do not claim any credit meant for me.

Do not use my artwork for NFTs or AI training.

Do not use my artwork for bigotry, hate speech, and abuse, and do not request me to draw anything for those purposes.

You will be blocked from any future business if you blatantly disregard and/or violate any part of my TOS and guidelines even when corrected, and/or you have otherwise constantly been rude and/or difficult with me during the process.

My TOS may be updated at any time as I see fit. Nevertheless, ou will only abide to the terms you agreed with at the time you have placed a commission.

ONLY accomplish a payment once I confirm the price, and please be able to pay as soon as I confirm the commission!

I will only wait up to three days before I cancel your commission, and I won't accept any requests from you until after at least a week has passed.

For the time being, payments must be done fully upfront. I may do split payments in the future.

For customers in the Philippines only: Commissions may also be paid in Philippine Pesos (₱) on any applicable platform. PHP prices are discounted by approximately 15% from their initial USD prices.

You will be sent a QR code containing the amount to be paid.

By default, I'll request a transfer directly towards my bank, but I also have GCash and Maya available if you prefer to transfer to either of these instead.

Please pay through here if it's available to you!

I will not provide any refunds for reasons other than what I have listed below. Please be FULLY sure you want to commission me before we proceed to payment!

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

I cancel the commission.

The commission has not gone past the sketch phase after two weeks.

The commission has not been completed after the deadline, and no extensions have been agreed on.

Commission status is displayed on a public spreadsheet. Let me know if you prefer to be listed anonymously.

Deadlines are set two months from when the payment is completed. While I will always aim to get them done as soon as possible, you will still agree to a two-month deadline. I do not offer "rush order" services at the moment.

I will provide updates each step of the way, unless requested otherwise.

I prefer that we fully settle on composition/posing before I continue past the sketch.

Changes can be freely requested during the sketch/concept phase, but only minor changes will be allowed afterward unless I have made any genuine mistakes. Please don't abuse this!

Upon completion, you will receive files of both the watermarked and unwatermarked versions of your artwork. I will only upload the watermarked commission publicly with your permission.
